ABOUT THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors of Rudny Industrial Institute was established in accordance with Order No. 408 of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 23 September 2020 “On the Issues of Certain Non-Profit Joint Stock Companies”.
THE AIMS, OBJECTIVES AND POWERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The purpose of establishing the Board of Directors is to embed corporate governance principles in the operations of Rudny Industrial Institute.
The tasks of the Board of Directors are: 1) contributing to the formation of the institute’s development strategy and programmes and their implementation; 2) assessing the degree of achievement of final results; 3) contributing to the functioning and comprehensive development of the institute as an innovative scientific and educational, intellectual centre; 4) exercising control over the efficient expenditure of financial resources, financial reporting; 5) contributing to the cooperation of the institute with state, public, business and business structures; 6) contributing to the development of international educational, scientific, technical
