Many of the college graduates seek to continue their studies in their chosen profession.

Requirements for admission to university, material and technical capabilities of the educational process at the Rudny Industrial Institute, living conditions in a student dormitory – a short list of issues that interest college graduates.

The teachers of the RII conduct active career guidance work with students of construction specialties of colleges. Senior lecturer of the Higher School of Economics and Construction Yunisova S.A. together with 4th year students Sukhoterin V., Manenk A. and Kovalevsky K. visited colleges of  Kostanay and Lisakovsk. The students of the Institute told about their research in the laboratories of building materials science, about the design of construction projects using professional programs, shared their experience of production practices.At the meetings, the viewing of video materials about the achievements of  RII was organized. Representatives of the Institute answered numerous questions from college graduates.

The clear organization and meaningful nature of the meetings were achieved thanks to the active assistance of the head of the construction department of Minguzhina Indira Tastemirovna (Kostanay Construction College), the head of the industrial department Sarbasov Marat Beibitovich (Kostanay College of Motor Transport), Deputy Director Igor Vitalievich Neyavko (Lisakov Technical College).
