On May 18, 2023, a Career Day for RII-2023 graduates was held at the Rudny Industrial Institute.

Career Day is a kind of platform for employers and young professionals – students and graduates – to meet, where employers offer open vacancies and select candidates among graduates.

Career Day helps university graduates decide on the vector of their future career and answer the question: what professional path to choose after RII?

Representatives of more than 30 enterprises and organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, graduates and senior students of Rudny Industrial Institute took part in the Career Day of the graduates.

Welcoming speech to the participants of the event was addressed by the Chairman of the Board-Rector, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Academician A.B. Naizabekov.

In his speech, Abdrahman Batyrbekovich made an emphasis on the need to develop corporate partnerships, employers’ participation in the development of educational programs and work of the Advisory Boards, master classes for students of the Institute and others. Noted that the most valuable capital of any organization is people. Modern employer pays great attention to the selection and placement of staff, creating an effective system of staff motivation.

Abdrahman Batyrbekovich presented the certificates of “Trust an Employer” to the representatives of the enterprises, which according to the monitoring data had the highest percentage of job placement of RII’s graduates and the university’s new corporate partners. Also, the diplomas were awarded to the graduating students of the Institute, who during their studies at RII have made significant achievements in education, sport, research work, and have demonstrated an active lifestyle.

Specialists of SSGPO JSC, ERG Service , KamLitKZ and others made presentations of their companies. The representatives of Employment Center of Rudny presented information about state programs in the sphere of providing employment of population.

Then the students had opportunity to ask the specialists of enterprises the questions, to be interviewed, to leave their resumes and to make right decision for choosing future place of work.

Students and undergraduates studying on the basis of the state educational order took part in the meeting with the representative of JSC “Financial Center”, where the questions concerning the compulsory work after graduation were explained.
