International scientific-practical conference of young scientists, undergraduates, students and pupils “The native land – the basis of all undertakings of the generation of young people”

Participants of the conference discussed questions of education of young generation of Kazakhstan on values of tolerance, consent and culture of interethnic dialogue; questions of social and economic development of regions of Kazakhstan, foreign experience of construction and regulation of logistic processes in the region; questions of increase of efficiency of use of resources by the example of our country, and also application of ecodesign for stability and improvement of city environment; questions connected with development of a mining-metallurgical complex of our Republic; prospects of the development of the mining-metallurgical complex of our country.

Conference participants stressed the need for civic-patriotic, legal education, which should form a civic position and patriotic consciousness, legal and political culture, developed national consciousness, the culture of interethnic relations; the relevance of discussing the problems of logistics support of passenger traffic in Rudny; the following are some of the most important issues in Kazakhstan’s economy: the problems of risk management in the field of air passenger transport; the problems and prospects of state support for the development of single-industry towns in Kazakhstan; the need to improve the efficiency of resource use in Kazakhstan; the great contribution of the mining and metallurgical complex in the formation of GDP of our Republic and the fact that its development will significantly increase the welfare of all citizens; the feasibility of alternative sources of electricity for the further development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Conference participants showed a high level of interest in the plenary session and discussion platforms, asking questions to the speakers, demonstrating a high level of preparation and interest.

Conference participants consider it necessary:

• • • apply theoretical knowledge and practical skills acquired in the study of mathematics, psychology, cultural studies, political science in future professional activities;
  • to continue research on the development of creative businesses in small towns of Kazakhstan, light industry of the Republic, the export potential of the agro-industrial complex of Kazakhstan;

• continue to work on the implementation of ecodesign to create competitive, energy-efficient products that ensure environmental safety and protection of the environment;
• contribute to the development of promising areas of research, technical and experimental development in the mining and metallurgical complex;
• make greater use of modern laboratory equipment and software products when conducting research by students.
• stimulate fundamental and applied research in the mining and metallurgical complex with extensive involvement of students;

Conference participants suggested:

1. Include in the curators’ plan of educational work measures to form in the student environment: tolerance, a positive attitude to learning, healthy lifestyle;
2. Increase the use of interactive teaching methods with professionally directed elements in the educational process;
3. Continue research on the development of creative businesses in small towns in Kazakhstan;
4. Continue to study the issues of state support for the development of single-industry towns in Kazakhstan, improving taxation for small and medium-sized businesses;
5. To deepen research into the development of logistics of passenger transportation of Kostanay region;
6. Continue research on the green economy;
7. Continue research on the mining and metallurgical complex with extensive student involvement;
8. To stimulate the growth of scientific research of students, undergraduates and young teachers in the field of development of the mining and metallurgical complex;
9. Continue research on renewable energy sources with extensive involvement of students, high school and college students;
10. To stimulate the growth of scientific research of students, undergraduates and young teachers in the field of energy development of Kazakhstan;
11. Involve undergraduate students in the work of scientific circles to form research topics and implement them throughout their studies at the Institute;
12. To recognize the organization and holding of the International Scientific-Practical Conference of young scientists, undergraduates, students and pupils “Native Land – the basis of all endeavors of the young generation” as successful.

Publish a collection of reports based on the presentations of the conference participants.
